Gold Fortune Necklace

The gold center of this piece is meant to resemble the salted egg yolk center of a traditional mooncake. When designing this piece I thought of the importance of gold in Chinese culture and how it is timeless, just like the tradition of making mooncakes. The Gold Fortune necklace is meant to remind us of who we are and where we come from and to take pride in being here to carry on the stories and fortunes of our cultures.
